Individual Inquiry & Coaching Sessions

I offer one-to-one sessions for people who want to explore something specific in their lives, learn how to meet stress as it arises, or develop a regular practice of questioning their thoughts.
These sessions provide a supportive space to pause, reflect, and understand your experience more deeply.

I combine Inquiry-Based Stress Reduction (The Work of Byron Katie) with coaching approaches to support you in exploring whatever you’d like to bring.
Together, we gently question the thoughts and beliefs that may be creating stress or limiting your sense of possibility, allowing new perspectives and insights to emerge.

Sessions can be booked as one-off conversations, though many people choose a series of sessions (typically four or more) to experience the depth of the work and begin to integrate it into their daily lives.

The focus is not on fixing each other, but on understanding the thoughts and patterns that shape how you relate.

Followed by joint sessions together

These sessions create a space for reflection, insight, and meaningful conversation, whether in professional, community, or educational settings.

Following an understanding of what you and your team/organisation needs, I will tailor-design a conflict resolution, team-building or strategic planning workshop.
I also deliver inspirational talks that support self-awareness, leadership development and personal growth.

Professional, impactful tailor-made team workshops or inspirational cutting edge talks. Series of one-on-one sessions can be arranged for individuals following workshops or talks.
Pricing & Enquiries
Sessions are offered on a one-to-one basis or as part of a package, depending on the level of support you’re looking for.
Individual Sessions
- €100 for a one-hour session
- €380 for a package of four sessions
- €915 for a package of ten sessions
Couples Work
- €750 for a series of five sessions
Sessions are available online (Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp) or in person.
