The Work Creative
I’m co-owner of The Work Creative, a space where self-inquiry, creativity, music, and community come together to support deep personal exploration and transformation. I co-create and facilitate this work in collaboration with Eimear Crehan.
-
The Work Creative is built around Inquiry-Based Stress Reduction (The Work of Byron Katie), enriched with live music, reflection, and shared experience in a supportive environment.
It brings together structured inquiry and creative expression to create spaces where people can slow down, reflect, and engage with their inner experience in a meaningful way.
-
This work invites honesty, openness, and a willingness to explore what we believe.
Through guided inquiry, participants begin to question the thoughts that create stress and limitation, allowing space for clarity, presence, and a different way of seeing.
These are active, reflective experiences, not passive ones, where you are supported to engage deeply with your own thinking, while being held within a community that values connection, creativity, and authenticity.
-
The Work Creative is designed to support ongoing practice beyond a single retreat or session.
It offers opportunities to return to inquiry in different formats, deepen understanding over time, and integrate this way of working into everyday life, so the insights gained can continue to unfold long after the event itself.
