Living the Work is not about learning something new, it’s about returning, again and again, to your own experience, and gently developing the capacity to meet life with more clarity, awareness, and compassion. Practising in community brings a different depth to the work. It offers support, accountability, and the shared understanding that we are not alone in what we experience.
